Studio Policies
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a class being deducted from your package or a fee being applied.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class so you can settle in, set up, and start your session stress-free.
Will My Spot Be Given Away if I Am Late to Class?
Our classes are intentionally small to ensure every client receives personalized attention. We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.
Studio doors may close at the start of class to avoid interruptions and maintain the flow of the session. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for traffic or parking.
If you arrive late and a client with an active membership is waiting, your spot may be given away to ensure full participation in class.
Thank you for respecting our schedule and helping us maintain a calm, punctual environment for everyone.
For your safety and comfort, non-slip grip socks are required in every class.
If you don’t have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Please note: clients will not be permitted to join the class without grip socks.
You do not need to bring a towel for your Pilates class.
However, a personal towel is required when using the sauna for your comfort and hygiene.
Thank you for helping us keep our wellness space safe, fresh, and welcoming
Yes, we offer private one-on-one sessions tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience level. Private classes are a great way to receive personalized attention, deepen your practice, or get started before joining group sessions.

Pin Pilates is a reformer fitness studio that honors the foundation of classical Pilates while integrating the benefits of strength training and cardio. Although low impact, be ready for high intensity work designed to emphasize core strengthening while targeting multiple muscle groups throughout the entire body. At Pin we curate movement that not only addresses the total body but also offers space for muscle group isolation and focus to increase their strength and size, ensure symmetrical development, and safely strengthen muscles to handle compound movements, resulting in a more balanced body. Pin classes are led by passionate, knowledgeable and skilled instructors ready to support, encourage & motivate you as you sweat, laugh or maybe even sing to the rhythm of curated playlists.
What if I leave my belongings at the studio?
Pin Pilates Studio does not have a lost and found and is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
We kindly remind all clients to take all personal belongings—including water bottles, socks, and valuables—with you after each class.
Thank you for helping us keep our studio space organized, safe, and serene.
To keep the studio calm and focused, please silence all phones and devices before class.
Feel free to bring your own water bottle.
Please keep drinks off the reformers to maintain a safe & clean space.
Bottled water and reusable water bottles are also available for purchase at the studio.
If you are working with an injury, recovering from surgery, or are pregnant, please let your instructor know before class so we can provide modifications and keep your practice safe.
Due to the core-focused and physically demanding nature of our classes, we kindly recommend that all expectant clients consult with their healthcare provider before participating in any Pin Pilates Studio session.
If you have been a regular client prior to your pregnancy and have received your doctor’s approval, you are welcome to continue attending modified group or private sessions under your instructor’s guidance.
At Pin Pilates Studio, your safety, comfort, and well-being are always our top priorities. Every movement should feel supportive, empowering, and in harmony with your body’s needs.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for movement and alignment checks. Avoid clothing with zippers or sharp accessories to protect the equipment.
Although we love furry friends, Pin Pilates Studio is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all clients, staff, and visitors. For this reason, pets are not permitted inside the studio.
Animals can trigger allergies, present safety concerns, or create distractions during class.
For the comfort and safety of all clients, children may not sit in the studio during classes, even if supervised. Pilates sessions require a calm, focused environment, and little ones no matter how quiet can present distractions or safety concerns.
We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements so you can enjoy your workout without worry.
We are a community. Please respect your instructor, fellow clients, and the shared space so everyone can enjoy their practice.
What Is the Waitlist?
Many of our popular class times fill up quickly, but don’t worry — you can join our waitlist when a class is sold out.
If a spot becomes available, waitlisted clients are automatically enrolled into class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Within the 12-hour window prior to class, you can manually add yourself if a space opens. Please note that by joining the waitlist, you are confirming that you can and will attend if added.
If your plans change, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged for a missed class and to give another client the opportunity to join.
